A large pig will feed around 150 guests and take around seven hours to cook on a spit roast contained in a portable hog roast machine.

When cooking is finished the hog is displayed in front of guests while chef carves the mouth watering meat, providing the perfect piece of theatre.

Service lasts approximately one hour in which time all your guests will have been well fed and many will have been back for more.
